How do I return an item?

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused, unopened or defective merchandise for an immediate exchange or store credit. (You must ship us the item and we must receive it before you get your exchange or store credit.) 

We only allow 3 days for you to decided if you want the product(s) from the receipt of shipment. You must notify us through our customer service email within 3 days from the receipt of the shipment or we will refuse your request for a (refund,exchange or stroecredit) Please email us at (east2westcustomerservice@gmail.com) If you are instructed to return the product, we must receive the product within 14 days, or the refund will be refused. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%      

Customer pays all shipping charges for returns. If your purchase was made through Paypal, any refunds issued will have the Paypal fees deducted from the total refund amount plus the 20% restocking fee You may return most items sold by East2WestDeals within 14 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We can refuse returns on any item or item(s) that we sale.
